Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a professional SME in the central Dudley area who are seeking an Administrator/ Customer Service person to assist in support and organisation of their busy office.

Duties and tasks will be varied and will include:

  • Use of MS Office- Word and Excel
  • \n
  • Answering the phones and general customer service queries from customers and staff
  • \n
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • \n
  • Handling complaints
  • \n
  • Responding to emails
  • \n
  • Working on a filing system
  • \n
\n

Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • \n
  • Experience of working in an office: 2 years+
  • \n
  • Competent in MS Office: Word & Excel
  • \n
  • Excellent typing skills
  • \n
  • Customer service experience
  • \n
\n

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
