Prospectus is excited to supporting an international organisation in their search for an Administration Officer. The post is offered on a full-time, 4 year fixed-term contract and is hybrid (4-days a week in the office, 1 day working at home). The Administration Officer will perform a supporting role of combining operational and logistical support functions ensuring internal operations are smooth. The postholder's responsibilities will include general administration, document/record management, inventory management, event logistics, travel arrangements and more. Finally, the Administration Officer will review internal administrative functions, ensuring processes are efficient and inline with organisational needs. To be successful, you will be an experienced administrator with meticulous attention to details, excellent oral and written communication, and organisational skills. You will have experience of database management, minute taking and booking travel with strong IT skills. Finally, you will have strong critical thinking skills, able to analyse process, and improve it.
