Admin Support Officer
Our client is a charity based in Guildford and they are looking for an Administrator to support their Membership and Accounts Teams. The role will be part-time – 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), based in the office and is an immediate start.
Your key duties will include:
· Adding new customer details onto the database and amending current customer details
· Managing inbound and outbound mailings.
· Processing payments of new members and renewal payments
· Answering member enquiries and directing their calls where needed
· Assisting with mail merges
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· Previous administration experience
· Good IT skills
· Experience of working with databases
· Customer service experience
