Assist in the preparation of financial reports
Support the department in the management of accounts payable and receivable.
Contribute to the maintenance of financial records in accordance with company policies.
Perform regular financial analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the team to prepare annual budgets.
Assist in the management of the company's tax commitments.
Provide support for internal and external audits.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Sound communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
