A growing accountancy practice is looking for a talented Fully Qualified Accountant to join its expanding team. This role offers a mix of tax, accounts, and management responsibilities within a dynamic general practice.
The successful Fully Qualified Accountant will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across various industries, gaining exceptional exposure and genuine career progression. This position is ideal for an experienced Accounts & Tax Manager or an ambitious accountant ready to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities of the Fully Qualified Accountant:

\n
• Preparing and finalising limited company, sole trader, and partnership accounts
\n
• Producing management accounts, personal tax computations, and returns
\n
• Advising clients on financial and taxation matters
\n
• Assisting with VAT, Payroll, and CIS when required
\n
• Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members
\n
• Conducting client meetings and building strong relationships
\n

Candidate Requirements:

\n
• \nFully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent) with at least 2 years of practice experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and regulatory requirements
\n
• Up-to-date technical expertise, including recent regulatory changes
\n
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
\n
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
\n
• Strong communication and people skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
\n
