Account Manager - Void Services
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
To manage void property utilities for a portfolio of clients in a timely and effective manner in line with a “right first time” customer service philosophy, thereby enabling a smooth transition throughout the process.
The role is to provide a seamless service to all clients.
Key Areas of Accountability:
Ensuring that all void property client emails are dealt with in line with agreed service levels.
Processing data requests and entry in a timely and accurate manner.
Dealing efficiently and courteously with correspondence, e mails and telephone calls from clients, utility companies and debt collectors.
Scanning and filing of documents.
Liaison with utility suppliers and clients to restore energy to empty properties.
Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform any other administrative tasks as requested and in time, be trained in other areas of the business to support a “multi tasking” environment.
A motivated and enthusiastic individual competent of working both individually and as part of a team in an office environment. Well organised and proactive in providing timely, efficient and accurate data to clients, office managers and work colleagues even whilst under pressure. Excellent mathematics, spelling, proofreading and computer skill. The ability to multi task and manage conflicting demands. Approachable, well presented and able to quickly establish good working relationships with a range of different people both face to face and over the telephone. The ability to follow set procedures exactly with great attention to detail whilst at the same time always looking for/suggesting more efficient ways of doing things. A quick learner with the ability to think on their feet and become multi skilled.
