Location : Weybridge - hybrid - 2 days per week
Salary : up to £53,000 + benefits

We are looking to hire a 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer on a permanent basis . You will be joining a small team within a Global company that helps to develop and advance their customer solutions offering and support the direction they embark on.

This role is due to internal promotions and they offer hybrid working with visits onsite to their Weybridge based offices around 2 days per week. For the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer our client is offering a total package of £53,000 and opportunities to earn overtime.

The role is responsible for providing support to the ongoing transformation of the cloud journey. You will help to keep the in-house systems up to date and work closely as a point of escalation for 2nd line team members.

Skills & Responsibilities:
3rd line support of in-house O365 cloud experience
Good understanding of ITIL methodology
Experience with Change Management
Experience with Vsphere, Vcentre, SAN environment
Networking experience: DHCP, DNS
Back up disaster recovery
Experience with Meraki and Cisco is also a bonus!
