Over the years spent here I learned a great deal of things but the main thing was how to deliver great customer service to the people I engaged with face to face. I am a confident and talkative individual by nature so adapting this to keep the customer happy was a simple transition. Customer care is all about how you communicate with a customer throughout but also how well you pick up on what is said to keep that customer happy, Currys PC World showed me precisely how to do this resulting in me having a brilliant customer service score. I moved into a more sales oriented role when I joined Utility Alliance which allowed me to gain a superb amount of experience within sales and account management.
