I have gained several years experience working in a customer focused office environment, from being a Customer Service Manager, Senior Administrator, Office Manager and even owning and running my own Public House. This has given me the ability to see customer problems in a different light, and I gain great satisfaction from a positive end result. For my employer, I am happy to go the extra mile, I am self-motivated have good IT skills. I returned to full time employment in 2006 after being a full time Mum of 3 children who are all now adults. In 2010, I again have a break in my employment as I became a full time stay at home Nan looking after my grandchildren. I am currently employed Full time as a CSA for a National Accident Repair Centre and Body Shop handling customers who have experienced vehicle damage through accidents and even criminal damage. This being a distressing time, for which you need to show empathy and understanding to the situation the customer is going through.After only being with this company I have been promoted to Transport Coordinator responsible for the allocation of over 200 vehicles over 2 branches and all related paperwork checking documents ie driving licenses and insurance documentation. Also 16 drivers and their daily routes who return vehicles back to customers after repair. I would also do first line assessment of vehicles which I would deem as total losses if relevant.

My ambition is to complete the transport Planning Professional qualification in the next two years, with a view to applying for chartered status with the CIHT. My confidence to deal with situations in a calm and professional manner, coupled with my organisational skills and hardworking attitude, would see me comfortably balance my work with my professional development.
