In the 19 years that I have worked at the Cwmbran site I have enjoyed my roles, specifically my time as a Manufacturing Scheduler for OEM Manufacturing, where I managed the Sales Plan and ran the Sales and Operations Plan Reviews until 2012, at which point I reduced my contractual hours to accommodate a young family. My time at Safran has provided opportunities to learn about the supply chain function, about the aerospace industry and specifically manufacturing a bespoke product.
