I am currently working at Mr Nepali Dental Practice, I have been here for 3 weeks, I am looking to leave this job and return back to property management. I left property management to start a career in something new and having done this I have found that working within property management is something I enjoy and would like to stay in. I worked for Bridgfords property Management for over 2 and 1/2years which is part of Countrywide Estate Agent, Letting Agents and property Services. My job title was a property Manger and my role was to be in charge of all the fully managed rented properties in Durham, Washington, Stockton and Middlesbrough. My portfolio consisted of around 750 properties which I overseen all of the maintenance/repairs, gas safety renewals, fixed wire tests, and end of tenancy deposits. Having a high volume is a big responsibility and relies on being organised and self-motivated. Dealing with Landlord, Tenants and contractors on a daily basis via email and telephone conversations. As well as looking after my portfolios I had to collate contractor commission on a daily basis to ensure we reach our office target.
