I display advanced keyboard skills in my current role as I am often required to input accurate data into spreadsheets and I am able to use mail-merge to populate word documents which is frequently used amongst NHS organisations. I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal which I have developed throughout my career. I am able to adapt my communication styles accordingly dependent upon the individual circumstances I am dealing with at any given time. I possess excellent time management skills and I remain flexible to meet a service need. I am able to prioritise tasks and I am also able to assist colleagues within my team to prioritise their workload when this is necessary. I am competent in the use of various Microsoft Office software packages and also NHS bespoke IT packages. These include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher. I am a trained user of the Cardea procurement system and I am also trained to use the Redfern travel booking system that I believe many NHS trusts use.
