Since leaving LR in August I have taken a few months off and I have invested in some training courses for my self-development. I have completed the Customer Service level 2 and 3 Diploma and have the Customer Relationship Manager certificate to complete and Managing and Improving Customer Service Process. I will also be doing a Key Account Management Course. I am also working through a HR bundle with some listed below. I am an experienced Recruiter both Internally and with External agencies.
