Admitting new or prospective residents often involved contacting third parties', cash handling, setting up/updating benefits i.e. Housing Benefit and or Universal Credit, ensuring the correct information is relayed to co-workers and all involved and adhering to relevant company policies and procedures in relation to Licensing. Responding to complaints and queries over the phone or email in a timely manner. Due to the change in benefits with regards to new legislations of Universal Credit I have become extremely efficient at dealing with a high volume of work and tight deadlines. I often deal with challenging situations/behavior and I am aware that the customer's satisfaction is important.
