Administration tasks would often consist of collecting delicate information and entering into various digital systems and maintaining client records under strict GDPR regulations. Admitting new or prospective residents often involved contacting third parties', cash handling, setting up/updating benefits i.e. Housing Benefit and or Universal Credit, ensuring the correct information is relayed to co-workers and all involved and adhering to relevant company policies and procedures in relation to Licensing. Responding to complaints and queries over the phone or email in a timely manner. Due to the change in benefits with regards to new legislations of Universal Credit I have become extremely efficient at dealing with a high volume of work and tight deadlines. I often deal with challenging situations/behavior and I am aware that the customer's satisfaction is important.
