I created an Agency-wide Requirements Gathering template to analyse requirements for a data cleansing tool & developed business processes to improve management of the Agency's fleet of vehicles, including International vehicles. At UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI), I worked with Business Architects to devise & map future Business & IT Processes across the operational departments. I designed & documented the Workflow Model to advise the Business on future capabilities. I mapped the As-Is Business Processes for several key departments in preparation for carrying out gap analysis between the current & future states to identify the benefits of implementation. Whilst with the Home Office (Vetting & Barring Scheme (VBS)) I managed the definition, generation & documentation of current & future business processes & requirements across 3 government agencies. I supported the Requirements Manager in the capturing & levelling of requirements through 2 major programme direction changes. I have worked across most of the 43 police forces in England & Wales, Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) & 2 of the 3 Special Police Forces, designing, developing & facilitating workshops to gain an understanding of variants in police procedures, requirements to meet legislative constraints & functionality to continue day-to-day running of Police Custody Units & Criminal Justice Units. I successfully utilised this understanding to build scoping study documentation to enable Implementation teams to customise software rolled out nationally.
