In the past I have musical directed many shows in professional settings in North Wales. Over this time I had weekly meetings with the theatres admin and tech teams along with meeting with the FOH team to discuss sales, programme and flyer stock as well as multiple other teams to discuss advertising and other opportunities. Through my undergraduate I also gained experiences in Orchestration, Arrangements, Arts Admin, Performance, PRS and evaluations of music. I gained extensive casting experiences through my roles as musical director as I chaired the casting committee and organised all casting events, in my role in PQA I assisted in the casting processes and to stay educated and up to date with all data protection and child protection laws to make sure all casting was fair. I have experience performing in theatres around Ireland, North Wales and recently just finished a putting on a west end performance with my current part time job with PQA, I feel this gives me a wide range of first hand experience in how the companies in the public eye and professional settings should flow, run and act to produce the best service and productions. I feel I am good match for the company as I have worked a lot in the music industry in many different aspects and I'm not scared to jump in to any job needed.
