I am being made redundant from my current role on 31st August, therefore should it be required, I am available for an immediate start. I am currently in Aberdeenshire, and this location would be my preference. However, I have another home (currently tenanted) outside Edinburgh, so have the flexibility to move there also. In the past, I spent over three years working for NHS24 as an Emergency Call Handler. This gained me a lot of experience working with the general public within the health service. I also have excellent customer service skills which I've amassed over the past 20 years from frontline roles at British Airways, the Scottish Government and easyJet. In addition to all this, I am also extremely organised with excellent time management skills.
