I have been consistently the top performing customer adviser in NatWest North region for the past three years and I currently sit fourth nationally, which I am very proud of. As well as my adviser role I am a line manager with responsibility of two other staff members, I also run presentations and pod casts with other advisers in the region to improve their performance. Whilst working full time at NatWest I also attended the University of Sunderland, During my time at University I worked full time with bank and balanced both commitments and succeeded in both my roles as a student and an employee. I dedicated myself to both roles resulting in achieving a first class honours degree, promotions and countless recognition.
