My most recent experience has been at The Plough and Harrow, a pub restaurant, in Guarlford, where I have had experience working in a very busy kitchen catering for up to 100 covers at a time and serving the public on demand. I have enjoyed this new challenge and learned from it but since the end of the `Eat out to help out' scheme, and being on a zero hours contract, the hours available for me to work have diminished and I now need to find work which is nearer to being full time. (I like to be fully occupied.) Prior to that, I completed my Level Two Chef apprenticeship through HIT Training, whilst working at Worcester Royal Grammar School, where we prepared meals for 500 students a day. After completing it I stayed for a while to consolidate my skills. This work was challenging but rewarding and I am no stranger to hard work. I can follow instructions and take pride in my work.
