I was involved in creating a On boarding / KYC template for new starters to be trained from, this was to ensure that after their training they could complete on boarding right first time plus create structure to the training of all new starters. I created a weekly update on work we had at the start of the week and what was still outstanding, I also arranged a mini update meeting during the week so we could keep a track of all items and see if there would be any red warning signs of work not being completed, I also made a note of who was struggling with work each week to see if it was one aspect of work and if that meant they need to have extra training on it to make the member of staff more comfortable in completing it within the right time frame but also of the Coutts standards.
