I am a technical minded individual with a customer service focused background. In my previous role at Engie I provided service desk support to colleagues within the business, as well as external businesses such as DWP. My duties included the use of Active Directory for password resets, unlocking/disabling accounts, as well as adding/removing appropriate groups to and from user profiles. I would often troubleshoot browser and software issues. The software used covered a lot of MS based products, such as O365. However I also supported users on 3rd party/mobile application software such as Movilizer, Maximo, and Boxer. Further to this I assisted with network issues and contacted ISP's like BT and Gamma to raise any issues. This meant having a good understanding of VPN, TCP/IP, WLAN, DNS. I also had the duty of managing user profiles on telephony systems. This meant setting up accounts for users in order to log in to desk phones. Further to this I set up hunt groups for various locations across the business.
