I have worked for over 22 years in the catering industry, with 21 of them being in bakeries. Throughout my years of baking I have carried out tasks above and beyond what is expected of me. Although very rarely receiving the credit. I am an individual who is driven to succeed in whatever task is at hand and fully understand that every day is in fact a school day, especially in the baking industry. I really do enjoy helping young, keen people to learn in the baking industry like I have, as it is a rewarding trade to have. I adapt to any situation and have confidence to work in a team or as an individual. I am married with two young daughters and love spending time with them.
