News & Programmes ------- Reporting to both the Operations Manager and the Head of Programmes to provide operational, technical and administrative support to assist with production function as required. Liaising with production/technical teams and producers through lifecycle of programmes, from allocating resources to delivery of the programmes to ITV Leeds for TX. * TV Programme Scheduling - supporting the UTV Head of Programmes in the scheduling and delivery of all non-news programmes. Direct liaise with ITV Scheduling manager on a weekly basis to confirm press release and update status of all non-news programmes to ensure accuracy of transmission and finance/budget related records (feed to Finance manager). Housekeeping of all technical details relating to all non-news programmes (production numbers,duration times, producers etc) * Programme delivery - following sign off by Exec Producer, responsible for ensuring that all files have passed Vidchecker and are audio/visually correct to be uploaded as required. Book delivery and complete related paperwork for Fast Track upload when required. * Programme Promos - Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of on air programme promotions, liaise with producers to establish requirements and with editors to ensure promos are transmitted correctly. * Programme pre/post Production - liaise with the production team to make sure they have all necessary info and paperwork to facilitate a smooth run of the process. Allocate resources from technical ops team to support filming and editing. Keep resources allocation data up to date for financial/budget records (feed to Finance manager). Liaise with ITV Content to ensure delivery of the programme is as required. Ensure all programme productions are archived locally and nationally. * Independent productions - as the main point of contact for independent productions, to liaise with independent houses to ensure programmes are delivered

Capgemini organised for Salesforce software training to develop my skills in Salesforce implementation and to become a project manager to work as part of a team to introduce Salesforce to blue chip clients. I had to leave the position due to our family relocating to Belfast.

Planned career break to raise our three children and give them the best possible start in life. Whilst doing this, I undertook a number of activities.

* Established a home based business creating celebration cakes. * Managed our home restoration works coordinating architects and trades. Required significant liaison with local borough Planners and Conservation officials to ensure all works met Grade II listing and Medieval Monument standards. * Established Cookery school at local schools following the model I previously developed in London.

My work included helping to establish the business model, obtain funding, setting up the company structure with Bank and Accountant, designing the company website and organising the launch.
