I have been employed full time as a functional consultant. I was given extensive training on their ERP system LN. My first project was with (Triumph Motor Cycles) which is valued in excess of £ XX million. I was part of the team focused on the planning of the Phase 2 and 3 implementations of their ERP system. Streams being implemented are MTO, S&OP, Procurement, Manufacturing, Design and Logistics. My current assignment is Procurement/Warehouse lead for Speciality Steels in Sheffield.

Barry Callebaut - Production Planning & Raw Material Barry Callebaut is the largest chocolate manufacturer in the world. The company is a multi billion Euro global company and has manufacturing facilities all over the world and in excess of 9000 employees. I am currently planning and raw material team leader for the Banbury facility. I took the decision to take a step back in my career in order to learn the UK and European industry. We have 5 liquid chocolate lines and 7 solid lines. We run 24 hours per day 7 days per week. I have a team of 3 planners and 2 warehouse staff who report to me. We manufacture mainly for the UK market and a small percentage for the EU market. We also import liquid chocolate from Belgium for moulding in the UK for the local market. I joined the company as a stepping stone back into the food industry and the UK market. I am responsible for all production planning and for raw material planning and storage. I also manage the supply of requirements to co packers.Part of my role is to identify process improvements and implement projects in order to raise our performance to a world class level. I am currently tasked with a project to improve SAP setup and the total materials management systems.

I have been doing part time business/IT consulting for a project management business whilst in the process of closing the Lumber City Business operations in South Africa. I the applied for and obtained an ancestral Visa for the U.K. It is my intention to settle here permanently. My family all hold British Passports and will be joining me in December 2016. The idea is for me to set up a home base and for my son to complete his schooling at a private school in South Africa so I am available immediately and flexible on location.

Lumber City is a Franchise which operates throughout Southern Africa. Each branch/business is independently owned and operated. The company purchases wholesale quantities of Melamine Boards, Masonite, Veneer Board, Plywood's, solid woods, and sells on to smaller kitchen manufacturers and DIY customers. Lumber City also manufactures and supplies bespoke furniture and receptions for offices, as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms to contractors and the public. Lumber City also operated a hardware division. I started the business in 2005 and became the largest independent board merchant in Kwa Zulu Natal. * Establish warehousing for R 3,000,000.00+ of inventory and the related security systems. Set up systems for the control of all materials.
