Current Employment
I am currently employed part time at Waitrose where I work as part of the customer service team. During the
time, I have been employed by the partnership I have gained great customer service skills that I am able to
communicate well with customers and build a relationship.
I spend most of my roles as a section supervisor, I am constantly experiencing and dealing with different
situations and interacting with customers, I take leadership and report frequently to a manager. I am in charge
of money handling duties at end of business day.
I am very versatile at work and been able to develop my skills to work in every area including waitress in Café,
making coffee or hosting the bakery counter or simply a shop floor assistant. This improves my adaptation skill
set and my ability to expand my working knowledge and add true value to a working team.

On busy days I work alone on front welcome desks where my duties are answering phone calls regarding
customer service and dealing with enquiries. This has given me experience in telephone communications and
portraying a professional manor with customers to represent a good business image.
