The day I can say that i’m a Qualified Teacher will be a dream come true. My biggest dream is to teach in an SEN school because I feel that it’s those children who are constantly either misunderstood, labeled as ‘the child with behaviour problems’ or are just overlooked because teachers, and very rightly so, do need to focus on their full class. It breaks my heart because you know that they would love to understand just like everyone else who may make learning look so simple and then it can become rather frustrating. I would like to pass on my knowledge to all of those children. Being able to find a working sector that I love so well almost feels like an achievement in itself. Any job that requires me to be comforting, caring and hardworking has the power to interests me because it’s those jobs that I feel I was made to do.

                Taking the children to and from lunch / lunch and break time duty

                This job role was my biggest accomplishment yet because it felt that my foot was really in the door. I was able to show others what I was capable of, and my surprise them with the knowledge that I have from previous experience and training. Working with those children specifically and that age group really strengthened my confidence because I noticed how much they actually valued having me work with them and that began to make me feel that I can really influence these children for the better.
