    Project#1: Headlamp Control Module (HCM) Client : FORD, USA HCM is an ECU used for controlling the Headlamp features in FORD cars. This ECU controls the LDM (LED driver module) and actuators. In system validation, all features of Headlamp are tested as per the specifications given in the requirement. Some features are Dynamic Headlamp Leveling, Dynamic Bending Light, Manual Tourist Mode, Maneuvering Light, Cornering Light, Static Bending Light, Segmented Static Bending Lights, Speed Dependent Light Modes, Wigwag, Showroom Mode, Glare Free High Beam, Adaptive Driving Beam, Manual High Beam, Flash To Pass, Camera Based Dynamic Bending, Sign Based Light Mode, Arbitration/ Fusion Block. Actuators are either used in real or simulated in Canoe.DET (Diagnostic Engineering Tool), a Ford Diagnostic Tool is used for diagnostic testing. Roles and responsibilities: * Analyze system requirement and create test cases in DOORS. * Automate Test cases in CAPL. * Perform system qualification testing for every new SW release. * Generate reports and results and create review task in RTC. * Update lessons learned data sheet. * Attain/Give internal technical Training.

This ECU is having inbuilt AIM chip with 3G technology which is capable of transmit / receive messages via 3G Network to the remotely located Centre server (OEM server). Also, it can launch Emergency Call (E- CALL), Era- Glonass Call, Breakdown Call (B-CALL) by manually or automatic procedure. Major functionality includes Vehicle diagnostics (KWP2000), GPS Dead Reckoning, Tele-Diag, DTC reading, Car fleet management (CFM), Remote Configuration, Dead reckoning, CAN communication, Over the Air (OTA), USB and Serial log capturing. Roles and responsibilities: * A Crucial resource of System Validation Team ATB3 in India with system validation and support them in test case preparation, execution & coverage of system requirement. * Responsible for Functional and Non-Functional testing of new PSA releases and validating the modules like E-Call, Era- Glonass Call, B-Call, CFM, Remote Provisioning, OTA and USB communication using CANoe 8.2.65, KWP 2000 and standalone hardware with Windows and Ubuntu operating systems working simultaneously.     ATB2 is a telematics ECU used in Europe, China and rest of the world too. The main difference between the ATB2 and ATB3 is that the technology used for inbuilt SIM chips used in ATB2 is GSM. The rest functionalities of the ECU are same as ABT3 i.e. it can launch Emergency Call (E-CALL), Breakdown Call (B-CALL) by manually or automatic procedure. Major functionality includes Vehicle diagnostics (KWP2000), GPS Dead Reckoning, Tele-Diag, DTC reading, Car fleet management (CFM), Remote Configuration, Dead reckoning, CAN communication, Over the Air (OTA) and USB.
