To perform, New and Existing Supplier, Manufacturing and Quality
Assurance support and supplier development tasks for Pratt and Whitney at various aerospace suppliers.
Set up new engineering and manufacturing plants and working to budgets/financial targets.
Primary duties include, but not limited to:.
Implement 'best practice' Manufacturing and quality systems processes and procedures.
Manufacturing staff and Quality staff training.
LEAN Manufacturing training.
PFMEA Training.

Manage and maintain a qualified parts list for Authorized suppliers.
Provide training to supplier on P&W manufacturing and quality system requirements.
Provide training and guidance to supplier Designated Quality
Representatives and evaluate/audit their performance.
Perform first article inspection reviews and signature approvals.
Issue reports of supplier product non-conformances.
Evaluate and monitor supplier root cause and corrective/preventative action activity.
Review suppliers compliance with applicable purchase orders, engineering drawings and specifications.
Roll out new initiatives to the supply base.

Liasing with UNITED Nations for all Mine Action activity including geographical locations of staff and Heavy plant machinery.
Writing and implementing all Operations, Quality and Health and Safety procedures and Best practices.
