Personal Statement:
I am a highly motivated, resourceful and intelligent individual and aim to resolve all
challenges that may arise. I have developed a wide range of experience from my
training as a joiner to selling building products in a warehouse environment to
management and most recently as a sales representative.
I feel that I am able to adapt myself to any situation and I am suitable in many roles.
However, I believe my greatest strength lies within my sales and customer
communication abilities. I have always strived to learn and evolve throughout my
employment history taking in as many benefits and experiences as possible so that I
am a greater asset to my future employer.
I have been employed in sales for the previous nineteen years and have experience selling a wide range of products and understand the importance of product knowledge. I have experience working with a wide range of clients and catering to their different needs. Throughout my time in sales I have learnt the importance of listening to ensure the customers’ needs are met and most importantly that they feel understood. I have also evaluated and reviewed my success in order to improve and do this regularly to ensure I achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets. I have competent computer and written skills in order to be able to record essential paperwork in relation to customer details and finance.
I have attended training in 'REACH', the importance of the choice of vocabulary on positive and negative associations customers may have and how to influence and persuade. I am motivated and enthusiastic, working effectively within a team and as an individual. I currently work nights, weekends and bank holidays.
