    I assist foreign groups that arrive in Edinburgh for English Language tours. I am responsible for the customer-facing side of the business. The groups generally visit between the end of February to the beginning of July and then September to the end of October. I am currently furloughed due to the Covid-19 epidemic. ------- Highlights * Meet and greet up to 30 foreign groups during one season. * Develop a rapport quickly with every group leader, to upsell entrance to attractions not already booked. * Liaise with each group leader during their stay and find solutions to any issues that may occur. * Liaise and manage up to 4 freelance English Language tutors for each group. * Tutor classes, when required. * Edinburgh walking tour guide and Scottish day tour guide. * Review completed customer satisfaction surveys and report any good or bad feedback that we were not made aware of during the groups' stay. * Updating our customer satisfaction index to establish the effectiveness of different tutors, host families and overall stay. * Researching foreign countries to find out if we can tap into their English studies market.

Seconded to Dundee Audi for a few months to improve renewal sales within the retail department - Ensured the efficient administration of Finance & Insurance leads via the manufacturers' renewal programme. Telephoned customers, who had finance agreements, and encouraged them to visit the showroom by appointment. Worked from each site location on a rotational basis. For Clark Commercials, I also drove new b2b business into the site through research and telephone contact.                     I am a freelance assistant and want to work with a variety of companies on a part-time and flexible basis, either remotely or in the office, subject to location.
