    Turnover for Talon I was fully responsible for all of the manufacturing, warehousing, engineering, technical and procurement (the management of sub-contractors) activities on site with prime responsibility for Health & Safety & Environmental aspects of the business. Developed & initiated 6S & 7W training for all operational staff. ------- Engaged with all major suppliers to the business and was a lead player in the potential acquisition of a significant fixings OEM (Grip-It, a Dragon's Den funded product) in 2019. Key member of EU exit strategy team and was responsible for stock build and additional warehouse management at off-site locations. The business operated under an IMS that was renewed in July 2019 for a further two years to ISO9001, ISO14001 and the new ISO45001 standard. I had responsibility for a team of 25 personnel through four direct reports - production supervisor, packing supervisor, warehouse manager & engineering assistant. The business operated 23 moulding , 5 nailing machines and 3 packing lines on a 24/5 basis. ERP system utilised was Exchequer - ThingTrax was investigated for machine monitoring.
