    Motorman onboard an anchored semi-submersible accommodation rig with 6 x Wartsila 12v32LN Diesel Generators. This was only one 4 week trip covering for a motorman on sick leave. Motorman, ETPM Marine & Subsea, on board DSV/LWIV Seawell.

    My time offshore with Prosafe consisted of carrying out routine watch keeping and maintenance on all machinery on board a DP3 semi-submersible rig including, 6 x Wartsila 16v32LN diesel generators, 6 x Rolls Royce azimuth thrusters and other types of plant such as, boilers, fresh water generators, fuel and lubricating oil purifiers, oily water separators, sewage systems and various types of pumps and compressors.
