Catering Assistant

My duties here strengthen and build upon my skills I already expressed earlier, as I am responsible for being involved in opening and closing operations of the store. My duties also include maintaining stock control and cashier responsibilities, maintaining health and safety, logging any incidents and completing staff scheduled rotas. The fact that I am able to fulfil other roles within my position showcases my ability to be a flexible member of the team.

Subway- August 2007-  November 2010

Shop Manager

In this job, I was responsible for managing three Subway Sandwich franchises. The responsibilities were making sure targets were met within my teams, hiring the correct people for the job, along with also firing people that were not a right fit for the company. Furthermore, I would complete staff rotas, make sure the banking was fulfilled throughout shifts, along with ensuring that myself and staff were adhering to hygiene rules within the store. I would also deal with stock control and order, whilst also making sure every customer that came into my stores left satisfied with the service they had received.
