    Axcis Education Senior Education Recruitment Consultant / promoted to Team Leader/Trainee Manager I am currently working for Axcis Education, providing specialist support to mainstream and specialist schools across Merseyside & Bolton. I work with SEND teachers and support staff, looking after short-term and long-term vacancies and requirements. ------- I also work with schools to provide SEND training to staff, organising and facilitating school-wide training sessions, ensuring all resources are in place. I then co-ordinate feedback following the courses. Alongside school training, I also organise and facilitate staff training, helping to co-ordinate Team Teach, MAPA, Autism Awareness and Makaton training sessions. After being with Axcis for 2 years, I was promoted to Team Leader/Trainee Manager. With this additional promotion. I am now responsible for overseeing the training and development of new members of staff, initially outlining and carrying out an in depth training plan, which was then personalised to needs and requirements. I regularly liaised with senior management to report on progress and work alongside them to further this. My aim is to work with staff to help them grow and exceeded expectations with KPIs and sales targets following my involvement in their work and progression.

I liaised closely with other members of the team to maximise capacity across the business. I outperformed both weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs, carrying out daily communication with prospective clients via phone and email.
