                Early identification and remedy for a £2m funding gap in Passenger Services; swiftly identified the gap in the spend on vehicle contract hire and passenger assistants.  Created a detailed full year forecast highlighting the key drivers of spend, created dashboards and challenge to enable the manager to reduce costs, produced key trend data charting growth in demand, enabling a timely drawdown on reserves and agreement to call on a contingency reserve in the MTFF (Medium Term Financial Forecast).
