I am a very pro-active, enthusiastic, self-motivated, diligent QESH Professional with a proven record of achievement spanning over 20 years. I am also very familiar with smaller scale operations where flexibility is paramount to meet the changing demands of the Customer.

                Production Management:

                Manage fundamental Clean room manufacturing requirements for Assembly, Test and Inspection.

                Experience in Coaching, Training, Mentoring and Development of Production Staff.

                My initial introduction to manufacturing in a production environment was with the assembly and test requirements associated with active and passive microwave components and sub-systems.

                Quality System Experienced (such as, Audit, NC, CAPA, Change Control and Calibration).

                Record quality data and NCR materials investigations via CAPA register.

                Ensuring Company safety requirements are met, and Company procedures are complied with.

                Effectively coordinate Action Planning & Management reviews to resolve Quality issues.

                Planned, managed and delivered all QHSE related activities and the Company ISO audit schedule by helping develop new Integrated Management System (IMS), to improve Company controls and Management system and within an 18-month period we achieved full ISO Certification.

                Generated, updated and delivered a wide variety of the Company ISO Quality documentation to improve Company Food Safety system and within a 6-month period we achieved full IFS (Global) Certification.

                Introduced and managed a range of procedures at Westica to support ISO standards and latterly full ISO Certification including Environmental KPI's to reduce carbon footprint. These related to monitoring and reducing Energy, Water and Lighting usage and Company Travel levels.
