Pioneer Talent are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit a Neuro Psychologist for a Neuro Rehab provider in the Cambridgeshire area. These are a longstanding client for whom we have placed several members of their senior management team, allowing us an insight into what an excellent provider they are with extremely high standards.



Job Overview:



FULL OR PART TIME CONSIDERED





We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our client's team. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to individuals with who have acquired brain injury and are undergoing rehabiliation at our client's residential provision. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives individuals enaging in a rehab journey



Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of individuals, support goal setting, provide treatments and evaluations for patients with a wide range of complex physical, sensory and cognitive problems; in particular at the point of admission



-Act as clinical liason and in service training to therapy assistants, nurses and carers to develop some specialist skills within a neurological setting

- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans

- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

-build working relationships with professionals and services external to the provider as needed to meet the needs of Service Users

- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation



Qualifications:

- Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field

- Appropriate registration

- Ideally, experience working with individuals within a neurological setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting



Job Type: Full-time



Pay: �55,000.00-�70,000.00 per year
