Job Description:
This role will entail offering guidance to the senior leadership team, assisting with monthly payroll duties and support on any other HR matters.
Skills & experience:
- CIPD level 5 or 7+ years within a HR position
- Payroll experience essential as you will be overseeing payroll for over 300 employees
- Prior experience supporting and coaching SLTs with absence management, disciplinaries, conflict mangement and performance management
- Support with the compliance of HR policies and procedures- keeping up to date with UK employment law to accurately advise on any updates
