This web site is owned and operated by Apply4U Ltd and is made available to you on the following terms and conditions. By using the site and the services available to you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

These Conditions and any contract, into which these Conditions are incorporated, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts:

Our use of CVs and other personal information supplied by users of this site is governed by our privacy policy.

Use of the site
The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information and for employers seeking to recruit staff. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site.

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belong to Apply4U Ltd or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials. The Candidate is responsible for notifying Apply4U of any changes to its email address, telephone number or personal information. Such notification shall request an acknowledgement of receipt and shall be confirmed in writing and sent to Apply4U by email or to address on the site.

Failure or delay by Apply4U in enforcing or partially enforcing any provision of these Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under these Conditions. The parties to these Conditions do not intend that any clause of these Conditions will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person that is not a party to it.

Candidate Obligations

Candidate agrees that they have read, understood and agree with Apply4U Privacy statement on this site.  That password is kept confidential and not disclosed to any person. Any misuse of passwords will hereby be your responsibility.

1. Definitions

1.1. In these Conditions the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:-

Advertisement
any Advertisement issued by Apply4U on behalf of the Client;

Applicant
a Candidate who applies for a vacancy advertised on the Site;

Application
an Application made by a Candidate to a vacancy advertised on the Site;

Candidate
a person who uses the Site for the purpose of finding employment;

Client
the person(s) who have agreed Clients Terms & Conditions for use of the Apply4U Site and Services;

Conditions
these Standard Terms and Conditions;

CV
the curriculum vitae or brief outline details of a Candidate's education, training, skills and employment experience which is provided to Apply4U by a Candidate for distribution to Clients with a view to securing employment;

Candidate Profile
the profile which includes detail of personal information, work experience, ideal job & CV details which is provided to Apply4U by a Candidate with view to securing employment;

Candidate Search
a Search Service which enables the Client to search for and view Candidate profiles & CVs online using various search criteria;

End Client
the person to whom the Client's services are provided;

Apply4U
Apply4U Limited (company number 06249243);

My Apply4U
a personalised page of the Site where a Candidate may access his / her personal details, profile, CV, messages, matched jobs list, applications list and a range of other services;

Registration
the process a Candidate completes in order to store and save their profile details and CV on Apply4U, for the purposes of securing employment;

Services
the Services which Apply4U has agreed to provide to the Client and the Services which are available on the Site for use by Candidates;

Service Agreement
the service agreement entered into between the Candidate, Client and Apply4U;

Site
the Site at www.Apply4U.co.uk or any other website operated and maintained by Apply4U Ltd;

2. Application of the Terms & Conditions                                                                 

2.1. These Terms & Conditions issued by Apply4U Ltd shall apply to any Candidate who uses Apply4U after the date on which these Terms & Conditions were posted on the Site.

2.2. These Conditions are deemed to be fully read, understood and accepted by the Candidate upon acceptance of these Conditions during Registration, or in the case of a Candidate who has not completed Registration, when an Application is made.

2.3. No variation or alteration to these Conditions or any representations about the Services shall have any effect unless expressly agreed and confirmed in writing by a director of Apply4U.

3. Candidate Profile, CV’s and Job Advertisements

If the Candidate has saved their details and / or stored a CV on Apply4U, the provisions of this clause 3 shall apply thereto.

3.1. Candidate agrees that his or her details should or should not be made available (by using Apply4U ‘hide info’ feature) to the Client.

3.2 Copies of the CVs which have been received by it for distribution to Clients of Apply4U solely for the purpose of securing suitable employment for the Candidate. CV’s contained on the site are provided by candidates and agree to be viewed by prospective employers and their agents and Apply4U.

3.3 These Conditions are deemed to be fully read, understood and accepted by the Candidate upon acceptance of these Conditions during Registration, or in the case of a Candidate who has not fully completed Registration, when an Application is made.

3.5. No variation or alteration to these Conditions or any representations about the Services shall have any effect unless expressly agreed and confirmed in writing by a director of Apply4U.

3.6 We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of Profiles, CVs or advertisements and expect candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.

3.7 Apply4U may, at its discretion and without notice, report improper or illegal use of CVs or the Services by the Candidate. Apply4U has the right at its sole discretion to decline to distribute or forward, to suspend or remove Candidate information or CV accepted by it.

3.8 Apply4U may, at its discretion and without notice, report improper or illegal use of CVs or the Services by the Candidate.

3.9 Apply4U may refuse, withdraw, or require to be amended, any Candidate information or CV which is illegal, immoral, obscene or offensive or so as to comply with the legal or moral obligations placed upon Apply4U or the Candidate or to avoid infringing a third party's rights or any statutory or regulatory requirements or is designed to or is likely to cause disruption to any computer system or network.

3.10 Candidates agree that their details and CV they store on Apply4U are true and accurate reflection of their education, employment, training history and that their personal details are correct. Candidate agrees that information stored and saved on Apply4U is for the purpose of securing employment and Apply4U reserves the right to remove or suspend details and use of our services if proved inaccurate information.

3.11 In respect of any information or CV submitted by the Candidate which contains the name or pictorial representation (photographic or otherwise) of any living person and/or any part of any living person and/or any copy by which any living person is or can be identified the Candidate has obtained the authority of such living person to make use of such name, representation and/or copy;

4. Apply4U.co.uk Services

4.1 Apply4U does not make any representation whatsoever about any Advertisement accessed. Apply4U relies on information provided to it by Clients and via third parties and accordingly it is a matter for the Candidate to satisfy itself as to the suitability.

4.2 Any intellectual property, Ideas, concepts and services developed by Apply4U will be owned exclusively by Apply4U Ltd.

4.3 Apply4U shall not be responsible for any failure to provide the services, or unavailability of the site, as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time.

4.4 Services and information provided on the site by us and our third party suppliers are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment process. Neither we nor our third party suppliers can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. You should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the site in circumstances which may result in loss or damage.

5. Apply4U Applications and Application Forms

If the Candidate makes an Application or is required to complete an Application Form as part of an Application, the provisions of this clause 5 shall apply thereto:

5.1. The Candidate hereby undertakes that they have fully read and understood the requirements of vacancy advertised on Apply4U.co.uk to which they make an application.

5.2. Candidate satisfies or will attend the necessary immigration requirements of the country in which the vacancy is situated. Apply4U may refuse, withdraw, or require to be amended, any Application which is illegal, immoral, obscene or offensive or is likely to cause disruption to any computer system or network. Comply with the legal and moral obligations placed upon Apply4U.

5.3. Candidate is aware that there is a ‘hide info’ feature which allows them to hide confidential information (e.g. name, telephone number, email address, current employer etc).

5.4 Candidate is aware that Client and agents will be able to access their detail solely for recruiting a job vacancy within their company or Third Party Company and no other reason.

5.5 The Candidate accepts that Apply4U cannot be responsible for the content of Job Advertisements on the site that no obligations are imposed on Apply4U in this regard.

6. Liability

6.1 Apply4U will not be liable (whether in contract or tort) for any loss of copy, artwork, photographs, CV/s, or other materials that Candidate uploads online. As required by law, this exclusion does not extend to death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6.2 Apply4U will not be liable (whether in contract or tort) for any failure to secure employment or consequential loss (whether caused by negligence of Apply4U, its employees or agents).

6.3 Apply4U Ltd does not accept liability of any description, including liability for negligence (except for personal injury or death), or any damages or losses (including, but without limitation to indirect or consequential loss, or loss of business, revenue, profits, use or opportunity) howsoever resulting from the Candidate/Jobseeker's use of (or inability to use) this Site.

6.4 Apply4U Ltd makes no warranty that this Site (or any website that is, or may become linked to this website) is free from computer viruses, "cookies", or any other malicious or impairing computer programmes and/or that the Site shall operate uninterrupted and error-free  (including the parsing of CVs and data uploaded through any third party software).

6.5 Apply4U Ltd does not accept liability, of any description, however arising, for any loss or damage caused to any Candidate/Jobseeker, or any other third party, arising from any virus or other impairing computer program whatsoever.

6.6 Apply4U Ltd does not accept liability, of any description, however arising, for any mistakes or errors whatsoever that arise during the course of publication of any CV or Profile or any loss of information or data or any damage thereto in each case as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or which arise as a result of the acts of any employees / third parties. 

7. Apply4U Termination and Cancellation

7.2 Apply4U, at its sole discretion, may terminate the provision of the Services to the Candidate at any time. Candidates who which to withdraw from Apply4U’s free service can do by calling number on site or emailing us.

7.3 The Candidate shall be responsible for all reasonable costs, claims, damages, loss, expenses and liabilities incurred by Apply4U arising out of the Candidate's breach of its obligations under these Conditions.

8. Disclaimer 
8.1 Except as otherwise provided by statute, Apply4U Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied by law of statute, in relation to, but not limited to, the Site. Please view our disclaimer for further details.
